瞬間って英語でなんて言うの？

好きな人と目が合った瞬間、ドキッとしてしまいました.
The moment my eyes met my crush's my heart throbbed.

好きな人 : the person I like / my crush.
~ と目が合った: my eyes met ~'s eyes / our eyes met.
瞬間 : the moment / the instant
ドキッとしてしまいました : my heart throbbed / I felt nervous.

"moment"と"instant" ←この二つはほぼ同じですが、"moment"が感情的・詩的な場合に相応しい気がします。

「好きな人」の英訳提案：
・"(my) crush" ←誰かに熱を上げると、その人は自分の"crush"（名詞）だと言います。まだ付き合っていない場合に限っています。
・"the person I like" ←ロマンチックな「好き」の意味の"like"です。
・"the person I am in love with" ←「愛している人」の意味です。"person"の代わりに"man/woman/boy/girl"と言えます。

「ドキッと」の英訳提案：
・"(my) heart skips a beat" ←ロマンチックなキュンに近いですが、ただ驚いたときにも使えます。
・"I am startled" ←ロマンチックな意味合いがなく、ただ驚いた意味です。

「好きな人と目が合った瞬間、ドキッとしてしまいました。」の例文：
・"The moment I made eye contact with my crush, my heart skipped a beat."

The second というのは　秒　という意味ですが、瞬間の意味でもよく使われています。

彼は私に電話した瞬間,　私は 彼にすべてのことを許しました。
