You can say "Next time you go to the movies, let me know".
There many ways to say let me know but it depends on what you prefer to use or what kind of person you speak to.
"Let me know" is a general expression that can be used in both casual and polite encounters.
Now, "hit me up" is only to be used amongst friends.
Other polite expressions include : "Please inform me"
Other Casual expressions: "shoot me a text" or "give me call"

The phrasal verb to 'team up' used in the first request means 'to join another person in a project or activity'.
The other two requests are straightforward.
So, you may say:

The term 'tag along' means to go along with them.
