いろいろな言い方がありますね。
「正しくない」と「不道徳」というと 'wrong' といえばいいです。
たとえば
「盗むのは不道徳です。」
'It is wrong to steal.'
「その考え方が正しくないです。」
'That's the wrong way to think about it.'
「悪い」と「良くない」というと 'bad' といえばいいです。
たとえば
「この計画は良くないですよ。」
'This is a bad plan!'
「となりのガキはほんまに悪い子や。」
'The kid next door is a really bad boy.'
「悪」はよく 'evil' とも言います。
たとえば
「子供でさえ善悪の区別がつく。」
'Even a child knows the difference between good and evil.'
「金銭欲は諸悪の根源。」
'Love of money is the root of evil.'
「悪」は英語でいろいろ言い方があります。

"He's an immoral, nasty excuse of a human being."
"I've never met anyone as hate-filled as you."
名詞を使ってる例文：
"He's the absolute worst!”
人だけじゃなくて、経験もについて話「the worst」、「evil」と「wrong」を使えます。それらは名詞です。
"Did you hear about the big fire? That was just the worst!"
"There is so much evil in the world."
"I wish we could undo all the wrong in the world."
