「〇〇はここにあるもので全部ですか？」という表現は英語で、Are these all of the 〇〇 you have?と言います。
店で聞く「〇〇はありますか？」は英語で“Do you have 〇〇”になります。
例えばDo you have any gaming mice?
厳密にいうと、Are these all of the mice that you have？の方が正しいですが、話す時にAre these all of the mice you haveの方が自然だと思います。

ーAre all the mouses you have on display?
「あなたが持っているマウスに全ては、陳列されていますか？」＝「マウスはここにあるのが全てですか？」
