  • I'll be in Omotesando from Monday to Wednesday during the morning this week.

「月曜から水曜」は"from Monday to Wednesday"または"Monday through Wednesday"でもいいです。午前中は"in the morning"や"throughout/during the morning"は使います。

1) From Monday to Wednesday, I'm in Omotesando until lunch time.

午前中は until lunch time (お昼まで), in the morning などといえます。

2) I'm in Omotesando for the morning from Monday to Wednesday.

  • I'm normally in Omotesando in the morning from Monday to Wednesday.

If this is a regularly occurring event then it's good to use the word "normally" or "usually" so that your listener knows that this happens every week. I hope that this helps! :)

From Monday through Wednesday, I'm in Omotesando in the mornings. - "through" is another way of saying "from and until".

I'm in Omotedando in the morning on Mondays through to Wednesday on business. - Because you are there for work, another way of saying this is that you are there "on business".
From Monday through Wednesday, I'm in Omotesando in the mornings.(月曜日から水曜日の午前中は表参道にいます)
→"through" は "from and until"(・・・から~まで)の別の言い方です。

I'm in Omotedando in the morning on Mondays through to Wednesday on business.(月曜日から水曜日の午前中は仕事の関係で表参道にいます)

To say you are somewhere in the morning on Monday.Tuesday and Wednesday you would say 'Monday.Tuesday and Wednesday mornings

For work, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, you are in Omotesando during the morning. For a regular routine, you can use the present simple as in the second suggested sentence. When speaking about a future arrangement, you can use the present simple continuous as in the first example.
