・ I don't think I'm in any position to complain about this. （私はそれについて文句をいう立場ではないと思います）
・ I'm in no position to judge.（判断を下す立場ではない）
ちなみに、下記のような言い方の追加も考えられます。
「I'm in no position to judge. If they want to smoke, I think they are free to do so, as this is their personal right. 」判断を下す立場ではない。住みたいと言ったら、それをする自由がある、彼らの個人としての権利ではないかと思いますから。
