本心じゃなかったって英語でなんて言うの？

この文脈で「そんなつもりはなかった」＝「That wasn't my intention」、「のに」＝「even though」、「本心じゃなかった」＝「not my true feelings」、「悪いこと言っちゃった」＝「I said something horrible」、ということでこのように表現できます：「Even though it wasn't my intention to, even though it wasn't how I really felt, I said something horrible」

❶ I didn’t mean it. I’m sorry.
(本心じゃなかったの。ごめんね)。

❷ I regret what I said. I’m sorry.
(言ったこと後悔してるわ。ごめんね)。
