代名詞と「再帰代名詞」 (himself, myself, yourself など）を組み合わせたら「本人」「[当人](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/119999/)」を指摘します。
例えば、
the person himself / themselves (性別がわからない場合）
the man himself
the woman herself
she herself （主語) her herself (目的語など)
he himself (主語) him himself
など

様々な表現があると思いますが、個人的な印象ですと、
日本語と違って、英語圏のコミュニケーション環境では、
「本人」という言葉は、特定の場面でしか（法律とか）使われていないような気がします。
普通の会話なら、代名詞やその人物の名前で十分に自然な言い方なのではないかと思います。
しかし「本人」のニュアンスは、英語でも表すことはできます。それはどうやってするかというと、声の普通と違う音調構造を通じて、伝わります。
例:
Aさん: ...And then everyone was saying it was her fault.
Bさん: Yeah, but what did SHE have to say about it?
