For instance, if you want them to know you are happy they are exactly the same you would say, "I'm happy to see you are still the same" If you want them to know they look exactly the same and haven't aged or look older you can say, " You look exactly the same!" or "You haven't aged at all". But if you are saying their mannerisms and behavior is the same, you would say " You are exactly how I remembered you".
