  • I painted the walls of my house with my dad today.

  • Me and my dad painted the walls of our house today.

今日は = today 父 = father -> dad と一緒に = together with -> with 家の壁 = the walls of a house ペンキで塗る = paint 「Dad」はとてもカジュアルですけど、「father」よりよく使われています。 二番目の例文の「me and my dad」もカジュアルで文法的ではありませんが、ほとんどの人がその言い方を使います。 「My dad and I」は正しいです。

  • My dad and I painted our house today.

If you just say "paint our house" your listener will understand that you are talking about the walls with in your house. "My dad and I" is the common way to talk about both of you. I hope that this helps. :)
「父親と私」は普通、"My dad and I" (父親と私) と言います。

  • "My dad and I painted our house today"

  • "Today I painted the walls of my house with my father"

In order to explain that yourself and your father painted the walls of your house today, you could simply state, "Today I painted the walls of my house with my father" or "My dad and I painted our house today". Both these sentences highlight what it was that you and your father did.
"Today I painted the walls of my house with my father"(今日は父と一緒に家の壁のペンキを塗りました) "My dad and I painted our house today"(今日は父と一緒に家のペンキを塗りました) これらの文はどちらも、「父と私(My dad and I)」がしたことを強調しています。

  • Today, my Dad and I spent the day painting the walls of my house.

"Today, My Dad And I Spent The Day Painting The Walls Of My House." Dad Is A More Informal Word To Use When Referring To Your Father. The Expression "Spent The Day" Is Used To Tell Someone How You Spent Your Day. This expression Also tells someone that you were painting all day, not just for a short period of time. You could also say "Today, my Dad and I painted the walls in my house."
"Today, My Dad And I Spent The Day Painting The Walls Of My House."(今日は父と一緒に家の壁のペンキを塗りました) "dad" は、"father" のインフォーマルな言い方です。 "spent the day" は一日をどのように過ごしたか伝えるときに使われます。 また、この表現は(短い時間ではなく)一日中ペンキ塗りをしたことを表します。 次のように言うこともできます。 "Today, my Dad and I painted the walls in my house."

  • My father and I painted my house today.

  • Today, my father and I painted the inside/outside of my house.

  • I painted the interior/exterior of my house with my father today.

You can say "...painted my house..." without saying the walls as it would already implied that you are painting the walls. I would be confused whether you are painting the outside of the inside though. Usually, I would specify where I painted by saying "...painted the inside of my house..." or "...painted the interior of my house..." (interior meaning the inside of something) or if you're only painting some parts, you could say "...painted the kitchen...".
"the walls"(壁)なしで "...painted my house..." "...painted the inside of my house..."(家の中をペンキで塗った) "...painted the interior of my house..."(家の中をペンキで塗った) ※ "interior" は「内側」という意味です。

  • My father lent a hand and helped me paint my house.

  • My father and I painted my home together.

The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to express to your listener that you and your dad painted your house together. In the first sentence you will notice the term lend a hand. This means to offer help or assistance. This term is commonly used in our everyday conversation, it would make a great addition to your vocabulary.

  • I painted a wall in my house with my dad today.

  • Me and my dad decided to paint the main wall in the living room because it was looking a little bit grey.

  • Me and my father decided to start painting the kitchen today, but only managed to do one wall.

You may chose to expand on why you are painting just one wall e.g. "we are painting the main wall in the living room because we no longer liked the colour". Likewise, when painting multiple walls you could say, "me and my father/dad painted the walls in the kitchen today"
例: "We are painting the main wall in the living room because we no longer liked the colour". "me and my father/dad painted the walls in the kitchen today"(今日父と一緒に台所の壁にペンキを塗りました)

  • Me and my dad have been painting the walls of my place today

  • Today I painted the walls of my house with my father.

When talking about what you did today, you wish to explain that you painted the walls of your house with your father. There are a couple of suggested statements above which may be appropriate for this situation. 'My dad and I..' may be strictly correct English, however, informally, the form, 'Me and my dad..' is probably more common.
'My dad and I..' が正しい英語ですが、カジュアルに'Me and my dad..'
