「外部業者からインタビューの依頼がありましたら、ご対応をお願いします」と関係者へ依頼する際の丁寧な言い方を教えてください。
When the vendor asks you to have an interview with you, your attention would be highly appreciated.
上記は変でしょうか？

Your attention would be greatly appreciatedの部分が先に来た方が自然な言い方になります。

\" asks you to have an interview with you\"　の部分ですが、正しくは
“asks to have an interview with you” もしくは、“asks for an interview”  となります。

\"You\"は、２度繰り返さなくても大丈夫です:)
