1) I can hang out with you anytime after my entrance exams are over in 2020.
「受験が終わる2020年の後ならいつでも遊べるよ。」
hang out で「遊ぶ」
anytime after... で「…の後ならいつでも」
entrance exam(s)で「入学試験」

2) Once I have finished writing my university entrance examinations in 2020 we can have some fun together.
「2020年に大学入試が終わったら、一緒に楽しめるよ。」
write one's examination(s) で「試験を受ける」
