「隠す」はto hideです。

「隠してる」は現在進行形なのでyou’re hiding になります。
最後のtooは「～も」、「（君）だって」という意味です。

どちらも「君だって僕に隠していることがある。」という言い方です。

1) I think you're keeping something from me too.
keep something from 人 で「人に秘密にする・隠す」という言い方です。

2) I think there's something you're not telling me as well.
something you're not telling me で「あなたは私に言ってないことがある」となり「あなたは隠していることがある」と言えます。
