「あの学校はサッカーが強い」は”That school is so good at soccer."で大丈夫です。意味としては「あの学校はサッカーが上手」になります。
似たような表現として他のも色々あります。
あの学校には上手なサッカー選手がいっぱいいます。
That school is full of good soccer players.
That school has a lot of good soccer players.
brilliantとは「優れている」や「素晴らしい」の意味です。
OO学校はサッカーが強い。
OO school is so strong at soccer.

Soccer/Football, depending on country you'll either call it soccer or football, within England and Europe we refer to 'soccer' as Football.
'Their' is used when in context with ownership or partnership, in this case the schools football team.

When talking about a certain school, you want to say that the school has a good/strong soccer team. Either of the above suggested comments is adequate for that scenario.
When talking about soccer in the UK we also refer to this as 'football'
if the team is good then you would say they are a 'good team' or a 'strong team' meaning they do well
When something is the best it means the most skilful at something.
Example - 'Lucy was the best singer in her school'.
Here in the UK we say "Football team" instead of "Soccer team".
