(文法も含めて)正しく言えてましたか？
（）内はあえて言わなくてもいいと思います。正しく言えていましたか？と言えば文法も含めて答えてくれるでしょう。でもどうしても文法を強調したい場合は（）内を言ってみてください。
For speaking or writing, you can use the expression "Was my answer grammatically correct?" Because you are asking about what was just said or what the teacher just read to see if it is correct.
If you are asking only about what you said you would ask, "Did I say that grammatically correct?" By adding the word "say" the teacher knows you are talking about the spoken word, not the written word.
