主催者の都合で変更することがありますって英語でなんて言うの？
日本での旅行の日程表を海外の方に提示します。
日程表の下に注意書きで書きたいのですが、、

主語となる"schedule"、"plan"は内容によって使い分けてください。
どの英訳例も同じ意味になりますが、
提示される際によく使われるのは一番上の
"subject to change"ではないかと思います。
また、「誰々の都合で」も様々な単語を使えますが
今回のような「予定が変更になる可能性がある」というネガティブな事柄を伝える場合は"on account of"が適した表現かと思います。

こういう注意書きはよくありますね。
英語ではこのような注意が普通に上記のような正式な決まり文句のパタンで書きます。大抵法的な理由で書いてありますので、この決まった形を使った方がいいと思います。

""may be ... "" = 「かも知れません」・「可能性があります」
"subject to change" ＝変更することがあります
"at the discretion of the organizer" = 主催者の判断で
「主催者」は文脈によって "organizer" "promoter" "sponsor" または会社名でも翻訳出来ますので、分からない場合には"organizer"が良いと思います。
