「ご挨拶」が英語で「Greeting」か「Speech」と言います。
例文：
開会の挨拶を述べる ー To an opening speech.
彼女は卒業生にお別れの挨拶をした ー She delivered a farewell speech to the graduates.
新年[時候]の挨拶 ー The New Year's greeting.
彼はにこやかに客に挨拶した ー He greeted the guests with a smile.

「ご挨拶をさせて頂く」と言うのは「I would like to say few words」と表現されるのがあります。フォーマルな場合ではI would like to make some speech.と言うことも出来ますが「まことに僭越」と言う日本的な表現はそういう場で使える表現はないように思います。
