"Judo" is a form of Japanese martial art which can also be explained as an unarmed combat sport. The sport has grown exponentially over the years and in other countries. It is all about holding your opponent and trying to unbalance them, meaning to get them off their feet and putting them down on the ground. Judo was created from Jiu-Jitsu which is a very similar sport.
