10万円って英語でなんて言うの？

10万円は　one hundred thousand yen

例：
I have one hundred thousand yen in cash.
私は現金で10万円を持っています。

日本語も英語も左から読んでいくという点では一緒ですが、日本語と英語では数字を区切る箇所が違うので混乱してしまいます。

例えば　¥135,600 の場合
日本語だと13万５千円600円とよみますが、英語ではカンマの前で切ります。
ですので　one hundred tirty five thousand,six hundred yen というような感じでコンマの前で一回切って単位を挟むのがルールです。この例ですと　thousand(1000)という単位を挟んでいます。
