もしそうでなく、「English menu」的な音声対応なら「Please pick up the handset for English instructions」が良いと思います。

「受話器を取りお話しください。英語で対応してくれます。」は、
"Please pick up the receiver of the telephone. They'll be able to assist you in English."
という表現を使うことも出来ます。
「受話器」は、"receiver"
「電話に出る」という場合は、"pick up the phone"
