Again - to go another time, to revisit.

Return - This is when you go back to something again. Maybe you go once or many times.

Return - どこかに戻ること。「一度行ったことがある所」のこともあれば「何度も行ったことがある所」のこともあります。

"We keep going back to the same restaurant"
This is explaining that you keep going back/keep visiting the same restaurant, this is usually do to it being very good food,staff and/or location.
"we are regulars"
This is the term used when you will visit somewhere regularly, you become a 'Regular'.

→ここでは「そのレストランには定期的に通っている」と伝えています。この理由は、たいていは「食べ物がおいしい」とか「スタッフ／場所がいい」とかです。

Native speakers often use the phrase, to pay a visit, which means to go to a certain place. For example, lets pay a visit to the new library. You can use the phrase even if payment is not involved. Example , I paid a visit to my parents last weekend.
To revisit can be replaced with to go back For example, the food was amazing we will go back there again.

It's always a great going back to a place that you are familiar with because it means that you enjoy the atmosphere you find yourself in. It can be that the people are friendly or that the food the restaurant serves is great and you love the taste of it. Whatever the reason might be, it is always good to find things we like and to return to it because it allows us to relax and enjoy ourselves more.
