Doesn’t likeは”好きじゃない“の意味けれどこの場合は苦手の意味になります。

珍しい - rare, isn’t often
もし英文の最初にしたら “it’s rare to see” をいいます。 It’s rare to seeは見るのは珍しいけれど”see”じゃなくても使える。いるのは珍しいの意味になります。
It’s rare to see a boy who isn’t good with bugs.
