「交通標識」はtraffic signと言います。
trafficは「交通の」signは「標識、看板」という意味です。
road sign「道路標識」と言うこともあります。
roadは「道路」です。
また、文脈上明らかであれば、単にsignだけでも通じます。

There are not many words in British English for this. The main one is a road sign as it is literally a sign found at the side of the road.
