あそこはあの場所で that place などと言います。
工事は construction ですが工事中だと under construction です。
もう5ヶ月も は for 5 months now と表現してます。
Now は今と言う意味ですがこの場合では今に至ってまだと言った
感じで使われてます。
They've been doing construction there for the last five months.
They've been working on that building for almost half a year.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThey've been doing construction there for the last five months.
「あそこで、この5ヶ月間、工事してる」＝「あそこはもう5ヶ月も工事してる」
ーThey've been working on that building for almost half a year.
「あの建物は半年近く工事中だ」
このようにも言えます。
