近所の住民へ引越のご挨拶しに行きたいがいつも不在って英語でなんて言うの？

1) I would like to greet the neighbors at my new neighborhood, but I'm always not at home.
"私の新しい近所の住民へご挨拶しに行きたいがいつも不在" という意味です.

2) I just moved in and wish to say hello to my neighbors, but I'm always absent.
"引越したばかりで住居にご挨拶しに行きたいがいつも不在" という意味です.

ご挨拶をする： greet / say hello.
不在：not at home /absent.
