１とは逆に、夜中も開いていますか、と聞いても良いと思います。
be at the front desk で「受付にいる」
all night で「終夜」

「受付時間」は英語で reception hours と言います。
ホームページなどに Reception hours: 9:00~18:00 というように書かれているのを見かけることもあるかと思います。
