カジュアルな間柄であれば、"Nice seeing you again."でOKです。Meetは初めて会う人に使いますので、seeと言い換えてください。

後藤さんのおっしゃる通り、Nice meeting you. などの meet は初めて会った相手に使いますので see を使いましょう。
もちろん nice を使ってもいいのですが、good や great を使うとバリエーションが増えます。
さらに so で強調して It was so good to see you! なんていうのもいいですね。
