靴を脱ぐは英語でtake off one’s shoesと言いますので、靴を脱いだかどうかを確認する場合、疑問文にすると良いでしょう。Did you take off your shoes?と聞けば、脱いだかどうか確認できます。
そして、手を洗うはwash one’s handsになります。さぁ、洗いましょうという時はlet’s wash your handsでも良いですし、洗いなさい、と促す時はand then wash your handsと伝えても良いでしょう。
