ライフスタイルって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、lifeやlifestyleと言います。カタカナ言葉の通りですね。
二番目は直訳的な感じです。「Modern people's lifestyles are quite different from people's lifestyles of 20 years ago」を短くして、「people's lifestyles」は「those」にしました。「今の（modern）」を言わなくても相手は多分意味が分かります。
三番目はより簡単で自然な言い方だと思います。

My lifestyle changed drastically over the last 20 years - この20年でライフスタイルは非常に変わった
