（犬が）ドアの下から顔をのぞかせてるって英語でなんて言うの？

Their dog peeked his head（ 彼らの犬が 頭を覗かした） through their doggie door just a little ちょっとだけ/ かわいく あそこにあった ドギードアから

peeked his head through は結構可愛い言い方だと思います それで just a little を加えてもっと可愛くする からお勧めできます。

1) A dog was peeking out from underneath the door.
「犬がドアの下からのぞいていた。」
peek out from ... で「…からのぞく」

2) A dog was poking his head out from under the door.
「犬がドアの下から頭を突き出していた。」
poke ... out from で「〜から…を突き出す」

もし「トイレのドアの下から」と言うなら
under the door of the toilet
under the door of the bathroom stall
と言えます。
