会社設立って英語でなんて言うの？

「設立」は found とよく言います。例えば、「この会社は1978に設立されました」は This company was founded in 1978 と言います。

会社設立は多くの場合 the founding of the company になります。例えば「会社設立のときの思い出」は a memory from the founding of the company と言えます。

「10年前に会社設立しました」は多分 I founded this company 10 years ago になります。しかし、I STARTED this company 10 years ago がナチュラルだと思います。自分が設立する場合、found より start の方がよく使われます。Found は受け身形の「設立された」を使う時に使われることが多いです。

1)establishment of a company
会社・学校・お店・病院などの設立には、establishmentがよく使われます。
「10年前に会社を設立しました。」は、I established my company ten years ago. となり、動詞establishは、「〜を設立する」という意味になります。
「会社設立のときの思い出」は、memory in establishment of the companyとなります。

2)incorporation
incorporationは、会社等が合併・合同・編入することで設立されるときに使われます。
例えば、We are now working on incorporation procedures. 「我々は今（合併する新しい）会社設立の手続きを行なっているところだ。」という形になります。

会社を始める、つまり設立するときに英語で「Establishing, Founding a company]と言います。また、設立者は英語で「Founder]と言います。

また、The company was founded 10 years ago.　とも翻訳できます。
