気軽に髪型変えた？と聞くときは

と、完全な文章じゃなくてもオッケーです。正式な文章は Did you get a new hair style?! ですが、親しみのある相手であれば "did you"を削ってもオッケーです！
「髪切った？」と聞く際にも"New hair cut?" だけで大丈夫です。
正式な文章で聞く際には
"Did you change your hair style?" も使えます。
髪を切ったとき限定の聞き方です。
Did you cut your hair? と聞いてしまうと「自分で髪を切った？」という意味になってしまうので気をつけましょう。

などの褒め言葉も知っておくといいかもしれませんね^_^
