「騒ぐ」は、伝えたいニュアンスなどによって、make noise、make a racket、clamorなど色々言い方はありますが、make noiseは幅広い場合で使えます。
「A すればAするほどBになる。」を英語では、下のように言います。
The more A, the more B.
この場合、AとBは両方とも動詞で、文にするときはそれぞれ主語が必要です。
例
メディアが騒げば騒ぐほど、彼女は有名になっています。
The more the media makes noise, the more she becomes famous.
The more air time she gets in the media, the more famous she becomes.
The more the media focuses on her, the more her fame increases.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーThe more air time she gets in the media, the more famous she becomes.
「メディアに取り上げられれば取り上げられるほど、彼女はもっと有名になる」
ーThe more the media focuses on her, the more her fame increases.
「メディアの関心が彼女に集まれば集まるほど、彼女の名声が上がる」
