scratch「傷」
unplayable「再生不能である」

1) Don't touch here.  You could scratch it then you won't be able to listen to it anymore.
「ここを触らないでね。傷つけちゃったら聴けなくなるよ。」
scratch で「(爪などで）ひっかく・傷をつける」

2) It might start to skip.
「音が飛ぶよ。」
skip で「スキップする・飛ぶ」
