「おつり」は changeで、Keep the change. は「おつりはいりません」という意味でよく使われる表現です。

レストランなどでは、テーブルに置いたままのお釣りはウエイターに対するチップだと認識されますので、あえて言葉で伝えなくてもいいと思います。どうしても直接ウエイターに渡したい場合は、こんな方法があります。 1) "Thank you"や"It's OK"などと言いながらお釣りが乗ったトレイをウエイターに返す。 2)例えば、３０ドルのお釣りをもらう時に"Just $10 back is fine." 「１０ドル返してもらえればいいです」と言うと、ウエイターは差額＄２０ドルをチップとして受け取ることになる。

おつり＝change 取っておく、という表現はkeepを使います。 keep the changeでおつりは取っておくという意味になりますので Please keep the change.といえば良いですね。

These are ways to let the waiter/waitress know that you would want her to keep the change as a tip.

どちらも、ウェイター、ウェイトレスに「お釣りはチップとして取っておいてください」と伝える言い方です。

Any of these expressions is adequate.

上記の表現ならどれでも十分に相手に意図が伝わるでしょう。

The change is yours.

Both sentences can be used. 1. This is saying that he/she should not bother to give the change back and that he/she should keep it. 2. This is clearly indicating that whatever is left over (change) is theirs to keep.

When you are at a restaurant, and want to tell the waiter/waitress that you do not need change, you can say: "Keep the change." "Don't worry about the change."
