「曇ってきちゃったね」をそのまま字義通りに英訳すれば、付加疑問文を使って

と表せます。
getをbecomeにしても同じです。
お子さまに語りかけたいということなので、言葉を少し足して
Look (at the sky)! It was bright and clear in the morning, but it's getting cloudy.
（（空を）見て！朝は晴れてたけど、くもってきちゃったね。）
などのように言ってもよいと思います。
We are having gray clouds in the sky, aren't we?
（そらに灰色の雲が出てきているね。）
という言い方をしてもいいと思いますよ。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIt was nice and sunny this morning, but there are a few clouds in the sky now.
「今朝はお天気がよかったのに、雲が出てきたね」
暗くなってきたことは、次のように言えます。
ーIt's gotten dark out.

ーThe sky is getting dark, isn't it?
