月極駐車場
月極→monthly 借りるという意味で
駐車場→parking lot
しかし、英語で「駐車場」と言いたい時、parkingという単語だけで良い場合がよくあります。
例えば、駐車場が見つからないとき、
I can't find parkingと言います。
ですので、monthly parking lotは通じますが、monthly parkingは一番使われる表現だと思います。

When you must pay for something every month, we say that it is 'charged on a monthly basis'.
There may also be the expression pay-per-month, when the 'per' indicates 'every'.
This 'per' is also used in the term 'per annum' which means 'every/each year.'

How much was your monthly parking?
I don't know I haven't paid it yet. How about yours?
I am not sure either, I haven't been sent mine yet.
It shouldn't be too much, it never is.
I hope that helps.
Have a great day.

Anything that needs to be renewed, repaid for or done on a month to month basis would be considered on a, "monthly," basis. We can attach this to a noun just like any other adjective.
Example sentence :
- I need to pay for my monthly parking soon.

Monthly means that you pay for it month by month. For example: I have payed for parking for the month of July. This means that you can use the parking space for the whole month of July.
Permit: This allows you to do something. In this case it allows you to park in a particular place.
Example:
Q; Do you have a permit?
A: Yes, here it is.

If you would like to know what to call parking that is on a monthly basis, you can call it a "monthly parking fee" or a "season pass parking". Both of these mean that you pay on a per month basis and are allowed to park your vehicle everyday for as many months as you pay/subscribe for.

The first example is in the case of a contract for a fixed period of time (for example, 6 months) where the payments are made monthly.
The second example is for a contract which will only last for one month.
The third example is for a contract which may be cancelled at any time after each month has been completed - so may be cancelled after 1 month or 2 months etc.
'I had a one month parking contract which ended yesterday.'

If you pay for your parking once a month, "monthly parking"
A month to month parking permit would be a "monthly parking permit" or "monthly parking pass"
You pay for parking once per-month.
Hope this helps.

We can use the term contract or agreement to talk about an arrangement between two (or more) people/companies etc.
If the arrangement is of a formal or legal nature then we use 'contract',
eg: I have a monthly parking contract.
If the agreement is less formal (or informal) then we can use 'agreement',
eg: I have a monthly parking agreement.
We can also specify that we have a 'pay-per-month' parking arrangement (agreement/contract).

Here is an example: to use this car park you must sign up on a monthly contract, where you pay monthly, you can either set up a monthly automatic payment, or you can pay monthly at the parking office in person.
