この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI've kind of noticed that at home as well, and it's been bothering me.
「家でもなんとなく気が付いていて、気になってたんです」
kind of noticed を使って「なんとなく・うすうす気が付く」ことを言えます。
ここの「気になる」は to bother「気になる（心に引っかかる）・悩ませる」を使って表現すると良いでしょう。
