英語で「募集内容」は details of the offer / offer details
内容 = details
募集 = recruitmentですけど、募集内容 offerになる！
仕事のスタッフを募集するときに聞きたい時、下の例文を使います。
・Could you please let me know the details of the offer? (募集内容をおしえてください)

普段に「内容」は contents になりますが、この場合で details （詳細）で言えばいいと思います。
