「受けなきゃいけないテストの中で」は of all the tests/exams we need to take と言います。テストは test または exams と言います。「簡単なほうだと思います」は I think this is one of the easier ones 、または this one is easy （これは簡単です）となります。「実際」とつけるなら actually なので this is actually one of the easier ones となります。
