午前中だけは、in the morning という意味がありますが、までにをつけると by the morning になります。他の言い方にしたら、before noon (12:00の前) です。しかし、before noon を言ったら、11:30am くらいだと相手が思うかもしれないです。なので、by the morning を言ったら、相手が 11:30am より早く終わらせると期待すると思います。
