真夜中って英語でなんて言うの？

「真夜中」は
in the middle of the night （夜の真ん中ということ）
in the dead of night （丑満時とも訳せます）
のよう言います。

例：
I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.
「時々、真夜中に起きてトイレに行く。」

I heard a loud crash outside our house in the dead of night.
「真夜中に家の外で大きな衝突音が聞こえた。」

wee hours of the morning という変わった言い方もあります。
この wee hours の wee とは small（小さい）ということで、wee hours は小さい数字の時間のことを指します。なので wee hours of the morning と言うと通常午前1時から3時くらいのことです。
例：
There were two cats fighting in the wee hours of the morning.
「深夜に二匹の猫が喧嘩をしていた。」
