私の認識って英語でなんて言うの？

「認識」は英語ですと understanding / perception / recognition などの単語がありますが、意見を言う時の「私の認識」であれば my understanding と言います。 例： 私の認識ではこうした方が良いです。 My understanding is that it's better to do it this way. 直訳すると my understanding は「私の理解」となりますが、要するに私はこのように理解しています、このように認識しています、と言う感じになります。 SNS などの「顔認識」の機能とかであれば recognition を使います。face recognition と言います。perception ですと understanding よりもちょっと形式ばった表現になります。
