「多くの人」はmany peopleという言葉になります。ほかに、a lot of peopleやmost peopleという言葉も使ってもいいです。most peopleには「ほとんどの人」というニュアンスもあります。

「やりたくないこと」はthings they (=people) do not want to doというフレーズになります、want+to＋動詞の原型というパターンで「～したい」という意味を表せます。否定形にするには、一般動詞のwantの直前にdo not（もしくはdoes not)をつけることでつけます。
