子供の世話をするって英語でなんて言うの？

子供は children / kids / son （息子）/ daughter (娘）など様々な言い方があります。
「世話をする」は英語で take care や look after と言います。
take care of ... や look after ... で「〜の世話をする」となります。

例：
子供の世話をするのに精一杯で自分にかける時間がない。
I have no time for myself because I am busy looking after the kids.
I spend all my time taking care of my children that I have no time to myself.

例文：I have no me-time, trying to take care of the kids.
上記の英文はすごくネイティブな言い方ですので、辞書的な文法を使っていません。
