若者は田舎になんか行きたくないに違いない、あるいは、行きたいはずがない、といわゆる“推量”で表現するときは、must not want to や could not want to や I think/guess that .... absolutely don’t want to などなど思いつきましたがどれが、あるいは他にどういう表現が自然でしょうか？

この「〜に違いない・〜のはずがない」は

などを使って表現できますね。
例：
Young people can't be interested in going to the country side.
「若者が田舎に行きたいはずがない。」
can't be interested in で「興味があるはずがない」という意味です。
Young people must not be interested in living in the country side.
「若者は田舎なんかに住みたくないに違いない。」
must not be interested in で「興味がないに違いない」
There's no way kids nowadays want to live in the country side.
「最近の子たちが田舎に住みたいはずがない。」
There's no way で「〜なはずがない」

「したくないに違いに」は言った通りに "must not (mustn't) want to" が良いです。他の言い方にすると "it must be that they don't want to" 「したくないに決まっているでしょう」になります。
「したいはずがない」の方は難しいですが "they can't want to" 「したいと言う気持ちはあり得ないでしょう」は言えます。"they can't be expected to want to" 「したいと言う気持ちは期待できない」みたいな意味、も言えますが "they can't want to" の方は日本語の文に近いと思います。
