新年の豊富通り、いろいろな事にチャレンジしてるって英語でなんて言うの？

ご質問ありがとうございます。 このフレーズは実は訳しにくいです。「新年の豊富」はもちろん「new year's resolution」ですが、「〜通り」をあまり付けないです。ですので、「Since I made it my new year's resolution」＝「それを自分の新年の豊富をすることにしたから」となります。 このフレーズは自然だし伝いたい意味とニュアンスが通じると思います。 後半の「I've been trying many new things」はおっしゃった通りです。 ご参考になれば幸いです。

I've been trying a lot of new things as part of my New Year's resolution. I've been challenging myself to try new things this year. I've been sticking to my New Year's resolution and trying lots of new things. 　 「新年の抱負」は New Year's resolution と言います。 　 日常会話では、 as part of my New Year's resolution （新年の抱負の一環として） や I've been sticking to my New Year's resolution （新年の抱負を守り続けている） が自然です。
