伝えることは同じでも、伝え方次第で人の心は動く
って言う文章を作っているのですが上手く組み立てられなくて困ってます。

depend on 〜（〜次第である、〜にかかっている）という表現と、疑問詞を使った how you say（どのように言うか＝言い方）を組み合わせることで伝えることができます。
"Depending on your way of expressing it."
「それを表現する方法（〜方次第）によって」という意味の表現です。
