just read ... out loud で「ただ…を読み上げる」という言い方です。
read out loud で「読み上げる」です。
例：
I just read my notes out loud which took 20 minutes, even though I was supposed to finish in 15.
「１５分で終えないといけないのに、原稿を読み上げるだけで２０分かかった。」
read my notes out loud で「原稿を読み上げる」
took 20 minutes で「２０分かかった」
finish in 15 (minutes) で「１５分以内で終える」
My presentation was only supposed to be 15 minutes, but it took me 20 minutes just to read the notes I had prepared.
