「尽くす」は英語で to use up、to run out 、to exhaust と言います。ゼロになるまで使うという意味です。「見尽くす」は to see all と言います。
録画した番組は見尽くしました。I've seen / I've watched all the shows that I've recorded.

(お金持ちの話) He squandered all his money. 彼はお金を使い尽くした。(無駄遣いのニュアンス)
Squanderより waste の方が一般的だと思います。例えば、He wasted all his money on expensive cars.
・I've watched everything I recorded.
「録画したものを全部見尽くしました」
全てを観終えた状態を表すため（I've watched）を使います。
・I've run out of recorded shows to watch.
「観るべき録画番組を使い果たした（見尽くした）」という意味の表現です。
